Privacy Policy

Last updated: June 15, 2026 · Applies to websites and online experiences operated by QORE (“we”, “us”) under the Project Qore brand, including this site (QOREweb) and related properties linked from it.

1. Scope

This policy describes how we handle personal information when you visit our public websites, create or use a QORE account where offered, sign in through linked QORE Accounts / QOREweb flows, use downloadable software that connects to our services (for example, the AXIS browser extension), or otherwise interact with us online. Specific products may post additional notices; where they conflict on that product, the product notice controls for that product only.

2. Information we collect

Depending on how you use our services, we may collect:

  • Account and profile data — such as name, email address, identifiers we assign to your account, subscription or plan information, and preferences you save in your profile or settings.
  • Authentication and security data — such as session tokens, sign-in timestamps, device or browser metadata commonly used to protect accounts (for example IP address or user agent in server logs), and fraud-prevention signals where we implement them.
  • Content you provide — including messages you send through support forms, forums, or product experiences (for example chat or assistant features), and files or text you upload where the product allows it.
  • Technical and usage data — such as pages viewed, approximate location derived from IP, diagnostic logs, error reports, and performance metrics needed to operate and improve the service. We may use cookies or similar technologies as described in our Cookie Policy when that page is published.
  • Browser extension data — the AXIS extension stores configuration and sign-in artifacts locally in your browser (for example API endpoints you configure and a QORE extension bridge token after you sign in). Chat and tool interactions inside the extension are handled by the AXIS application loaded from the origins you configure and our backends as described in that product; we do not use the extension to collect unrelated browsing history across all sites.

3. How we use information

We use the information above to:

  • Provide, operate, secure, and improve our websites and products;
  • Authenticate you, manage access, and enforce product rules;
  • Communicate with you about service, billing, or safety issues;
  • Comply with law and respond to lawful requests;
  • Analyze aggregate or de-identified usage to understand how our services perform (we do not sell personal information as described in the certifications on our distribution channels).

4. Sharing

We share information with service providers who process data on our instructions (for example hosting, email, analytics, or payment processors). We may disclose information if required by law or to protect the rights, safety, and integrity of our users and services. If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, we will provide notice before your personal information is transferred or becomes subject to a different privacy policy, as required by applicable law.

5. Retention

We retain information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Retention periods may vary by data category and product.

6. Security

We use administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect personal information. No method of transmission over the Internet is completely secure; we encourage strong passwords and safe handling of your credentials.

7. Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export personal information, or to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise rights, contact us using the details below. You may also control cookies through your browser where applicable.

8. Children

Our services are not directed to children under 13 (or the age required in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we have collected information from a child, please contact us and we will take appropriate steps.

9. International users

We may process and store information in the United States and other countries where we or our service providers operate. Those countries may have different data protection laws than your own.

10. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page and revise the “Last updated” date. Where changes are material, we will provide additional notice as required by law.

11. Contact

For privacy-related questions or requests, contact us through general inquiries on this site or the support path linked from the product you use. Please include enough detail for us to verify and respond to your request.
